SCHULTE strives to provide products of high quality to our customers. Our success in implementing quality improvement is a direct result of feedback from our customers.

We have developed a Quality Issues Report to capture details of any quality issues you may encounter. These may include freight issues (i.e. damage), manufacturing issues, or order fulfillment issues (i.e. shortage/overage). The detailed information you provide will help us to isolate issues and to take corrective action. In order for us to promptly address an issue, you must report it within the month it takes place.
This form is available on the dealer extranet and, when complete, can be faxed to Customer Service at 513-277-3702 or emailed to your Customer Service Representative. We believe that by working hand in hand with our customers, we can continue to meet or exceed your high quality expectations.
