While there is a slow down in multi-family projects, the reality is that SCHULTE has added substantial business this year in the multi-family market. This is because SCHULTE is better positioned than our competitors from a product standpoint and can better capitalize on market needs.  Here are a few ways we are filling the needs of these projects;

• Our Versa-Clip hardware system is the strongest hardware available. Architects are now specifying wood or steel blocking behind walls where shelving is going to be installed and they’re insisting that suppliers run a screw through their hardware to keep shelving on the walls.

• Our epoxy powder coating is safer and more environmentally friendly.  ClosetMaid is often specified in the multi-family market, but their PVC/vinyl coating is not acceptable because its VOC emissions are a huge negative with architects and developers.
